Responsible Marketing & Compliance
PromotionHours works exclusively in iGaming, a category where marketing decisions carry legal, regulatory and social consequences. This page sets out how we approach that responsibility.
Licensing and market eligibility
We work with operators who can demonstrate a valid licence for each market they target. We do not promote unlawful gambling, unlicensed operators or unauthorised market entry, and we will decline work where eligibility cannot be evidenced.
Platform and publisher policy
Meta, Google, Telegram, social platforms and adult networks each set their own rules for gambling advertising. All channels described on this website are conditional on those rules, on applicable local law, on market restrictions and on the operator's licensing status. Nothing on this site should be read as confirmation that a particular campaign will be approved.
Age-appropriate targeting
Our services are designed for adult audiences. We implement targeting practices intended to exclude anyone under 18, avoid creative and messaging that appeals to minors, and require age-gating and clear terms on landing pages wherever required.
Responsible gambling messaging
We recommend that operator communications include responsible gambling information, deposit and loss limits, self-exclusion tools and local support resources. Creative review checks for misleading claims about winning, guaranteed returns or risk-free play.
Affiliate and third-party compliance
Affiliates and publishers working with our clients are expected to follow the same standards: accurate claims, approved creative, no fake bonuses, no impersonation of the operator, and no targeting of vulnerable or underage audiences. We monitor placements and recommend termination where standards are breached.
Honest performance claims
We do not publish fabricated case studies, client logos, testimonials or statistics. We do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, FTD volumes or profitability. Dashboards and figures on this website are illustrative sample data unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Data and consent
Lead and analytics data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Non-essential tracking is not loaded before consent where consent is required.
Reporting a concern
If you believe marketing activity associated with PromotionHours breaches these standards, contact us and we will review it. Operators are also responsible for their own regulatory obligations, including advertising approvals in their licensed markets.
